Our beautiful single level, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1650 sf waterfront home is in one of the most desirable communities in the area.
Once you are at the property, you will feel how relaxing it is while still being close to everything you would need to make your stay amazing. Past guests have commented that they feel like they are in a desert oasis.
With over 5 miles of shoreline, cruising the lake in our electric pontoon boat offers a quiet experience since gas motorboats are not allowed.
Spend a few hours traversing the waterway while you take in the beautiful homes along the waters edge. Wave to fellow residents as they pass by on their boats while they take advantage of living on the lake.
Head out on the lake in time to catch one of the beautiful Arizona sunsets.
Watch for turtles and other waterfowl, listen to the birds that live amongst the tree's that dot the shoreline, and try your hand at fishing (catch & release) if you bring your fishing pole. The lake is stocked with an assortment of fish every year, including bass.
Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is a short 10-minute drive, as are Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and Ahwatukee.

Our home comes with use of the pontoon boat (easy to use).

The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and modern amenities. Everything you need is here for your enjoyment & use. This is our home when the property is not rented, & there are many items not generally found in 'rental only' properties.
*This is a non-smoking home.... includes inside, outside on the patio's & on the boat.
*No events or parties allowed.
*The person booking the property must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking & must be at least 30 years of age.
*The rental is for a total of 4 people. Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved by owners (due to insurance requirements).
*Property is not childproofed & the lake is directly outside the back patio. There is no gate to protect children from water access.
***Property is also available to travelers wishing to share the property with the owners. For a vastly reduced price. The private guest bedroom allows for 2 guests, & has its own private bathroom. Guest has access to the rest of the property, boat & clubhouse facilities. Inquiry for shared rates can be done through the VRBO communication channel. Simply inquire via this listing, & request a quote for the private room/bath. There is no minimum age requirement when sharing the property with the owners. ***

INSIDE:

**Each bedroom has a flat screen 4K SmartTV, Blue-ray player, Direct TV, Hulu & Netflix (if you have account). Bedrooms are furnished with a queen size beds, dressers, night stands. Choice of blankets, down or down alternative comforters & pillows. Quality sheets & towels are an added bonus.
** Master suite opens onto the upper lakeside patio & has a water view & en-suite bath. Double sink vanity, granite countertop, large walk-in shower & low water use toilet. Walk-in closet with built in dresser.
**Second, or guest bedroom, is on the opposite end of the Villa & away from the Master Suite. There is a small patio accessible from the bedroom sliding door. Bathroom has a tub with hand held & rain shower, single vanity with marble countertop & low water use toilet.
**Living room has a 58" Flat screen high definition TV. 2 leather recliners for watching TV, 2 single lounge chairs and a matching loveseat. Gas fireplace for when the weather is chilly.
**Kitchen is a chefs delight. Travertine slab countertops, high-end appliances , including Vita-mix, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, Kitchen-aid mixer, quality dishes, pots, pans & utensils.
****Depending on the time of year you can find fun & interesting fruit, vegetables, edible flowers & herbs in & around the property. These are organically grown & they are yours to enjoy!
**The center of the house has a lovely outdoor atrium that is separated from the inside by large sliding doors. Decorated with hanging glass balls overhead, potted cactus & a hummingbird feeder live in this space. The hummingbirds will put on quite a show for you should you choose to replenish their food (we will leave you food for them).
**Front-loading (he) washer/dryer is energy efficient to use & we provide eco-friendly detergent for your use.
OUTSIDE:
**16' pontoon boat with an electric motor comes with the rental (unless out for repair).
**Large stainless steel propane BBQ grill on lakeside deck. Full tank of propane provided.
**Comfortable conversation chairs on the large upper deck & propane fire-pit with full propane tank on arrival.
**Table with umbrella & seating for 4-6
**Towels are provided for our guests, including large pool towels & shower towels for use at the clubhouse.
**Swimming, unfortunately, is not allowed in the lake itself, but we are 2 short blocks to the clubhouse & the pool there is wonderful. No inflatables allowed in the lake. Renters are expected to abide by HOA community rules (typical here) & we supply a copy for reference.
**Renters have the use of the driveway, but the garage is not available.
